We rented a room and had a lunch buffet, and Joe and Cheyenne were very easy to work with and did a great job with our event.
We had a wonderful stay! Everyone we encountered was delightful and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spotless and well-kept, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Great location. We were within walking distance to shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
The rooms are clean and have everything you could need. The personnel is friendly and very helpful and the location is right ght on Main Street. The only things is there is no general store in a walkable distance and the pool is outside and was empty. However, it's October and that is to be expected. Overtall, a pleasant stay.
Wonderful cabin like rooms. Both inside and out. Comfortable and relaxing. Spent 2 nights there in 2 different cabins. If you are in the Cody area and need a private cabin to relax, this is the place for you. I loved it as well as my wife.
This Hotel has excellent staff, all of them, from the desk staff to the housekeeping staff. I was mistakenly given a 2nd scam reservation by Expedia, after I had already paid for the legitimate one. The hotel desk staff handled it quickly and professionally.
My wife and I are so glad we booked a last-minute reservation here. The young man at the front desk, McKay, was incredibly kind and personable. Great service all around. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet. This is definitely a great hotel for the price. We really appreciate being accommodated on such short notice and would absolutely stay here again if we're ever back in town.
The room was pretty nice, beds were small. No year round pool area. The gym area was clean.
We had a king suite and loved it. Lots of room and comfy. Staff were great and very helpful. We really like dining options for breakfast and it was great we didn't have to go out for dinner. Not much to look at on the outside but great place to stay.
